The plan requires to fake Sima Yi's death. The signature proves that this letter can possibly be forged especially because Yang Xiu doesn't like Sima Family and refused the wedding. In the midst of family arguing, Yang Xiu reveals that the golden cup belongs to Sima's family. Minister Cao's official never told anyone where exactly in detail where he found the letter. Innocence is proven, and the three are jailed for further investigation
